The Position

At Refresh Bathrooms, we help customers bring their dream bathroom to life— Toilet. We don’t do standard showroom sales—instead, we provide personalized advice right in people’s homes. Using high-quality materials, smart solutions, and a mobile showroom, we work together to create a complete, customized plan.
Due to our growth, we are looking for enthusiastic sales consultants for several regions in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What You'll Be Doing
As a sales consultant, you’ll visit customers at their homes by appointment. You’ll assess the current situation, discuss the customer’s needs, and advise them on the available options. You’ll work with warm leads—no cold calling. Using samples and materials from your mobile showroom, you’ll work with the customer to design a bathroom or Toilet that perfectly matches their style and preferences.
During the consultation:
- Do you identify the customer's needs?
- Are you looking at the current situation?
- Can you help brainstorm practical solutions?
- We'll advise you on materials, colors, and options
- Showcase your samples and products
- Prepare a quote on the spot
- Create a visualization right there on the spot
After visiting clients, you’ll process the orders, product specifications, and necessary information from home or from our headquarters in Pijnacker.
You’ll work largely independently, and no two days are the same: you’ll be on the road a lot, meet with various people, and work both on-site and partly from home.
Experience
Experience in sales, plumbing, or interior construction is a plus, but not required. We believe the right attitude is more important. You’ll receive in-house training and shadow experienced consultants at our headquarters in Pijnacker.

Knowledge of bathroom fixtures is a plus, but not a requirement. We consider motivation, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude to be perhaps even more important.
